At American Express, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality and style, but if your fashion find isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
